However, we are able to refund such item if it is faulty or damaged upon arrival ( Contact us within 2 days of receiving the item )
If your order is lost during shipping and your address is correct and deliverable, we will arrange for a free replacement or issue an immediate refund upon confirmation. Please remember… Shipping estimates are from the day of shipping not from the order date. We can not issue refund if the tracking status says "Delivered" but it's lost at your Doorstep.
