Ambassadors Program
Welcome to The Chic Women Ambassador Programme. By participating in our Ambassador Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. How the Programme Works
Ambassadors receive access to special discounts on selected The Chic Women products. Our products generally range from $29 to $35, and ambassadors will receive approximately 35% to 40% off their purchases.
Ambassadors can begin participating in the programme with their first purchase. There is no requirement to continue purchasing products in order to remain an ambassador.
2. Ambassador Content
After receiving your order, we ask that you create and share high quality, beautiful content featuring your The Chic Women jewellery.
Ambassadors are encouraged to share their content on:
• Instagram Stories
• Instagram Feed
• Other social media platforms where appropriate
Please tag The Chic Women when posting your content so that we can see and potentially reshare your posts.
3. Referral Discount Code
Each ambassador will receive a unique 25% off discount code that can be shared with friends, followers, clients, and other customers.
The discount code can be used on purchases made through our website, subject to any applicable exclusions or promotions.
4. Ambassador Commission
Ambassadors will earn a 10% commission on qualifying orders placed using their unique referral discount code or referral link.
Commissions are paid via PayPal.
To receive commissions, ambassadors must provide accurate and valid PayPal payment details when requested. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payment information.
5. No Minimum Requirements
There are no minimum sales requirements, minimum order requirements, or minimum number of posts required to remain part of the Ambassador Programme.
Ambassadors are not required to make recurring purchases.
6. Leaving the Programme
There is no lock in period and there is no ongoing contract required to participate in the programme.
Ambassadors may leave the programme at any time by contacting The Chic Women.
The Chic Women also reserves the right to remove an ambassador from the programme at any time, particularly in cases of misuse of discount codes, fraudulent activity, inappropriate content, or violation of these terms.
7. Discount Code & Referral Link
Ambassador discount codes and referral links are intended for personal promotion to genuine customers, friends, followers, and clients.
Ambassadors must not use their own referral code to generate commission on their own purchases.
Referral codes and links must not be used for fraudulent, misleading, or abusive promotional activity.
8. Content Rights
By tagging The Chic Women in your posts, you give The Chic Women permission to view and potentially reshare your tagged content on our social media channels and other marketing platforms.
9. Programme Changes
The Chic Women reserves the right to modify the Ambassador Programme, including ambassador discounts, referral discounts, commission rates, payment terms, eligibility requirements, or other programme terms, at any time.
Any changes will apply from the date they are communicated or published.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By joining or participating in the The Chic Women Ambassador Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
