Shipping & Refund

SHIPPING: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Please consider weather disruptions, any holidays that might impact delivery times. Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country estimated delivery time is 10-15 days. Shipping estimates are from the day of shipping not from the order date. While ordering please keep in mind that due to Holiday season some of the shipments are being delayed.

 

REFUND: Once we receive your order it begins processing immediately. Therefore.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES will be accepted. Please read our product description carefully before purchasing.

However, we are able to RESEND such item if it is faulty upon arrival. Contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.
