Shipping & Refund Policy

IS SHIPPING FREE WORLDWIDE??

Yes! We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Processing time for custom jewelry is 7-10 days. Please consider weather disruptions, any holidays that might impact delivery times. Shipping estimates are from the day of shipping not from the order date.

While ordering please keep in mind that due to CORONAVIRUS all the shipments are being delayed. Some countries may take longer due to customs clearances and so you should allow up to 28 days depending on the country.

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country and availability of products in our warehouse, estimated delivery time is between 

  •  7 business days for Custom Jewelry ( In U.S ) and 18 to 24 business days ( Rest of the world ) 
  •  18 to 24  business days for all other items on our store ( All Countries )

WRONG ADDRESS 
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at hello@thechicwomen.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

 

Refund Policy

Please note we do not accept return or exchange any jewelry because of hygiene reasons. This policy is there for the protection and health of the customers. Please read our product description carefully before purchasing. Custom-made items, Sale items are also not refundable. 

However, we are able to refund such item if it is faulty or damaged upon arrival ( Contact us within 2 days of receiving the item ) 

If your order is lost during shipping and your address is correct and deliverable, we will arrange for a free replacement or issue an immediate refund upon confirmation. Please remember… Shipping estimates are from the day of shipping not from the order date. We can not issue refund if the tracking status says "Delivered" but it's lost at your Doorstep.

We are UNABLE to offer refunds due to these reasons:

- Not what you expected, The color is different. 

- Don't like the product, Not your size

- The quality is not what you expected

- Delivery time is too long

- Products turned Color

All of our jewelry pieces are Gold/Silver plated (which makes them affordable for all) so they will turn color. We have no control over the time period of the products discoloration.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION 
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. This does not guarantee a cancellation, but if the order has not shipped, we will gladly cancel and refund your payment.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 
TheChicWomen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
