Shipping & Refund Policy
SHIPPING POLICYWe proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Processing time for custom orders is 7-10 days. Each order is handmade and made to order, therefore it takes time. Please consider weather disruptions, any holidays that might impact delivery times. Shipping estimates are from the day of shipping not from the order date. Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country estimated delivery time is 2-3 Weeks.
While ordering please keep in mind that due to COVID-19 some of the shipments are being delayed. Some countries may take longer due to customs clearances and so you should allow up to 28 days depending on the country.
Please note we do not accept return or exchange any jewelry because of hygiene reasons. This policy is there for the protection and health of the customers. Please read our product description carefully before purchasing. Custom-made items, Sale items are also not refundable.
However, we are able to refund such item if it is faulty upon arrival (Contact us within 2 days of receiving the item) We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.
We are UNABLE to offer refunds for these reasons:
- Not what you expected
- Don't like the product, Not your size
- Quality is not what you expected
- Delivery time is too long
- Products turned Color All of our jewelry pieces are 18k Gold/Silver plated (which makes them affordable for all) so they will turn color. We have no control over the time period of the products discoloration.
TheChicWomen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please contact your LOCAL POST OFFICE, Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information. If the package does not show up, please call the Local Post Office and file a claim. TheChicWomen cannot reimburse orders that were undelivered,Lost by the post office or stolen from a property.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. We can not issue refund for orders delivered to wrong address entered by customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION: If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. This does not guarantee a cancellation, but if the order has not shipped, we will gladly cancel and refund your payment.
