Shipping & Refund Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Please consider weather disruptions, any holidays that might impact delivery times. Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country estimated delivery time is 7-12 days. Shipping estimates are from the day of shipping not from the order date.

REFUND POLICY: Once we receive your order it begins processing immediately. Therefore.  ALL SALES ARE FINALNO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES will be accepted. Please read our product description carefully before purchasing. However, we are able to RESEND such item if it is faulty upon arrival. Contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: For orders without Worry-Free Delivery protection, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office for assistance. For orders covered by Worry-Free Delivery protection, please file a claim through our tracking page for an immediate resolution.

WEAR AND TEAR: Here at THECHICWOMEN we take our products very seriously. We test all our items to ensure that our materials to ensure longevity. That being said, all plated jewelry will tarnish overtime. We take no responsibility or liability for any reactions that may take place; It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all precautions are taken as we are unable to know each individual's allergies and sensitivities. 

WRONG ADDRESS: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Please make sure to enter your… House number/ Apartment number, Street number & Area Pin code. Please contact us immediately at thechicw@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. We do not Refund orders delivered to a wrong address entered by customer.

UNCLAIMED PARCELS: If you missed your delivery and fail to pick up your package in due time. It will automatically be sent back to us. We are under no circumstance, held responsible for unclaimed parcels. It is the customers responsibility to make arrangements to have the parcel redelivered or collected within the necessary time frame. Additional Shipping fee of $7.99 will be charged to redeliver the undelivered, unclaimed parcels.
