Shipping & Refund Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Processing time for custom orders is up to 10 days. 

Please consider weather disruptions, any holidays that might impact delivery times. Shipping estimates are from the day of shipping not from the order date. Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country estimated delivery time is 2-3 WEEKS. While ordering please keep in mind that due to COVID-19 some of the shipments are being delayed. Some countries may take longer due to customs clearances depending on the country.

 

REFUND POLICY

Once we receive your order it begins processing immediately.

Therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL

NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES will be accepted. Please read our product description carefully before purchasing.

However, we are able to RESEND such item if it is faulty upon arrival. Contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.

 

WRONG ADDRESS 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

Please make sure to enter your… House number/ Apartment number, Street number & Area Pin code.

We do our best to speed up processing so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at hello@thechicwomen.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. We do not Refund/Resend orders delivered to a wrong address entered by customer.

UNCLAIMED PARCELS

If you missed your delivery and fail to pick up your package in due time. It will automatically be sent back to us. We are under no circumstance, held responsible for unclaimed parcels. It is the customers responsibility to make arrangements to have the parcel redelivered or collected within the necessary time frame.  

Shipping fee of $7.99 (processing fee is included) will be charged to redeliver the undelivered, unclaimed parcels.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please contact your LOCAL POST OFFICE, Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information. 

We can not reimburse orders that were Undelivered, Unclaimed, Wrongly delivered, Lost by the Post Office or stolen from your property.
