Shipping & Refund Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Processing time for custom orders is upto 10 days.
Please consider weather disruptions, any holidays that might impact delivery times. Shipping estimates are from the day of shipping not from the order date. Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country estimated delivery time is 2-3 WEEKS. While ordering please keep in mind that due to COVID-19 some of the shipments are being delayed. Some countries may take longer due to customs clearances and so you should allow up to 28 days depending on the country.
Once we receive your order it begins processing immediately.
Therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES will be accepted. Please read our product description carefully before purchasing.
However, we are able to RESEND such item if it is faulty upon arrival. Contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. We do not Refund/Resend orders delivered to a wrong address entered by customer. Shipping fee will be charged to redeliver the undelivered package due to insufficient address provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please contact your LOCAL POST OFFICE, Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information.
We cannot reimburse orders that were Undelivered, Wrongly delivered, Lost by the Post Office or stolen from your property.
